1. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that our logistics partner has not yet picked up your device. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we are unable to fulfill your service request.
  • Defective Repair: If the repair is found to be defective within our warranty period, we will re-repair it at no cost. If a re-repair is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Service charges for diagnostics and logistics are non-refundable once the service has been performed or attempted.
