1. Cancellations
You may cancel your service or claim request within 24 hours of booking, provided that our logistics partner has not yet picked up your device. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Cancellations made after pickup has been initiated may be subject to minor logistical deductions. For plan cancellations, please refer to the specific payment mode rules below.
2. Refunds & Payment Modes
If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-7 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Normal (One-Time) Payments: Protection plan premiums paid fully upfront are eligible for a refund only if canceled within the standard cooling-off period (typically 24-48 hours after activation), provided no claim or service request has been initiated.
- Auto-Pay (Subscription) Mandates: If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly or yearly Auto-Pay subscription, you have the right to cancel or revoke your payment mandate at any time to stop future deductions. However, already deducted premiums for active coverage cycles are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your protection plan will simply remain active until the end of the current billed billing cycle.
- Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we are unable to fulfill your service request due to parts unavailability or service area limitations.
- Defective Repair: If the repair is found to be defective within our warranty period, we will re-repair it at no cost. If a re-repair is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Service charges for diagnostics and logistics are non-refundable once the service has been performed or attempted. Protection plan premiums are strictly non-refundable once the cooling-off period (if applicable) has expired, or if any claim has been initiated against the policy.
4. Category-Specific Terms
ASPL provides protection plans for a dynamic range of product categories (including but not limited to Mobiles, Laptops, Televisions, Home Appliances, and other customized assets added by our administration). Please note:
- Refund eligibility, depreciation rates, and logistical pick-up terms may vary slightly depending on the specific product category selected during enrollment.
- For large appliances (e.g., TVs, ACs), on-site technician visit charges are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched to your location, regardless of the ultimate claim outcome.
- Any custom add-on riders attached to specific categories are non-refundable once the base policy is actively generating coverage.
